Living and working in Canada is great because Canadians respect and accept everyone’s culture. It is for this reason that family immigration to Canada is increasing from Dubai, the UAE and other parts of the world. And now the Canadian government is making it easier for family members to visit their loved ones who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents. As of January 1, 2014 the Canadian government will allow citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their parents, grandparents, spouse, common-law partner, conjugal partner, and dependent child(ren) through their Super Visa Program. The Super Visa is valid for a period up to 10 years and will permit family members to visit their sponsor in Canada for up to two years without renewing their status. Plus, once a family member is successfully sponsored they can apply for a permanent residency in Canada. Processing time for a Super Visa should only take a few weeks as long as the documentation is in order. So, why not visit your loved one in Canada this year?
